I showed up to move in having made a reservation ahead of time. There was no option to pay online through the reservation, but I did not think it was a big deal bc I could do it at the site. Showed up to find the office closed & all phone resources completely unhelpful. It was not until I called another location which sent an associate (and he was FANTASTIC) that I was even able to get in the building. There was only one push cart so it incredibly difficult to get my items to the unit on 4th floor until it became available. Overall a trip which should have been under an hour took nearly 2.5.
